Hi there!
I’m Claire, mom of three and the founder of Winnie + Crew.
The five of us (and our two dogs + cat) live in Atlanta, Georgia. When we aren’t working, making mac n’ cheese (iykyk) and changing diapers, we enjoy rolling the dice by taking these three around town, spending time with our families and traveling.
Our goal is to provide comfortable clothes for everyday life with your family. And for people to ask you “where is that from??”
When Winnie was about 5 months old, we were struggling to find clothes for her that were high quality and comfortable but also a bit more unique than just a basic onesie, without being overly trendy. And that’s how Winnie + Crew was born.
Ethical Manufacturing + Production
Our organic cotton clothing is GOTS-certified and manufactured in partnership with a factory that undergoes SMETA 4-Pillar ethical trade audits, covering labor standards, health and safety, environmental practices, and business ethics. Our production partner also holds ZED Gold Certification under India’s MSME Sustainable (Zero Defect Zero Effect) program, recognizing responsible manufacturing and quality management systems. These internationally recognized certifications ensure our organic cotton clothing is made in facilities that prioritize worker welfare, environmental responsibility, and safe, ethical production practices.
