What is your Shipping Policy?

Thanks so much for shopping with Winnie + Crew! We're so glad you're here.

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout and are dependent upon the destination of your Winnie + Crew package.

I need help with sizing

Sizing varies by item, as some of the clothing is meant to be oversized while other items should be more fitted.  We're always more than happy to help you decide which size to order for your little one.

What if I need to return my purchase?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

You can submit a return request here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@winnieandcrew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
