All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout and are dependent upon the destination of your Winnie + Crew package.

Orders that are placed using an incorrect or incomplete address and are subsequently lost cannot be reshipped or replaced by Winnie + Crew. You are welcome to replace your order if you ship an order to the incorrect address. If the order is returned to us, we can reship the order to the correct address once it returns to us with additional shipping fees applied.
